Holistic Therapies
Sinds 2019 werk ik met veel liefde in mijn eigen praktijk, waar ik vrouwen en koppels begeleid in ontspanning, herstel en verbinding. Daarnaast heb ik twee jaar gewerkt als sportmasseuse binnen een fysiopraktijk, waar ik waardevolle ervaring heb opgedaan in het behandelen van fysieke klachten en het ondersteunen van revalidatieprocessen. Al vanaf 2010 sta ik voor groepen, als dansdocent en trainer. Mijn achtergrond in de dansacademie gaf me een stevige basis in anatomie en blessurepreventie. Later werkte ik als Hotel Training Specialist voor internationale hotelopeningen, waar ik teams trainde en leerde hoe belangrijk het is om af te stemmen, te leiden en veiligheid te creëren – lessen die ik nu ook in mijn werk meeneem.
